Frequently asked questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every new account gets a 30-day free trial. No payment is taken during the trial. We'll WhatsApp you a few days before it ends.
When do you charge me?
The first charge happens on the day your trial ends. After that, you're billed automatically at the start of each new period (monthly or annual) until you cancel.
How do I cancel?
From your Settings page, click "Cancel subscription". You'll keep full access until the end of your current paid period — no further charges. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Are payments safe?
Yes. We use Razorpay as our payments processor. Your card details are stored with Razorpay (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified) — never on our servers.
Is GST included?
India pricing is inclusive of applicable GST.
What happens if my payment fails?
Razorpay will retry on its standard schedule (typically a few times over a few days). We'll WhatsApp you and show an in-app banner so you can update your card. If all retries fail, your access pauses — your data is preserved and you can re-start anytime.
Can I get a refund?
Subscription fees are non-refundable by default, with two exceptions described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy (accidental renewals within 7 days, and verified service outages over 7 days).
