Refund & Cancellation Policy

Plain-English rules for how cancellations and refunds work at Radar AI

Free trial

Every new account gets a 30-day free trial. We will message you on WhatsApp roughly 3 days before the trial ends so there's no surprise charge. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be billed.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel anytime from your Settings page. When you cancel:

  • You keep full access until the end of your current paid period.
  • No further charges will be made.
  • Your data and settings remain saved if you decide to come back.

Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable by default, with two exceptions:

  • Accidental renewal within 7 days: If you forgot to cancel before a renewal and you have not actively used Radar AI in the new billing period, write to us within 7 days of the charge and we'll process a refund.
  • Service failure: If a verifiable Radar AI outage caused us to be unable to deliver the core service for more than 7 consecutive days in a billing period, you can request a pro-rated refund for that period.

To request a refund, email services@echeloniq.io from the same email address as your Radar AI account. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, our payments processor (Razorpay) will retry per its standard schedule. We'll let you know via WhatsApp and an in-app banner so you can update your payment method. If all retries fail, your subscription will be marked expired and access pauses — you can re-activate anytime.

Account deletion

Cancelling a subscription is different from deleting your account. To permanently delete your account and the data we hold for you, see the Account Deletion option on your Settings page. Deletion does not automatically refund the current billing period — refund eligibility above still applies.
