Radar AI is an intelligent email monitoring platform designed for school communications. Our service provides:

• Automated monitoring of your Gmail inbox for school-related emails
• AI-powered analysis of email content to identify deadlines, events, and action items
• Personalized action reports and summaries generated from your school communications
• Real-time WhatsApp alerts to keep you informed of important school matters

User Accounts

To use Radar AI, you must:

• Authenticate using Google OAuth 2.0 with a valid Google account
• Grant the necessary permissions for Radar AI to access your Gmail account
• Provide accurate and complete information, including your phone number for WhatsApp alerts
• Maintain the security of your account and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Radar AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Acceptable Use Policy

When using Radar AI, you agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' accounts, or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the service
• Use the service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or malicious content
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the service without our written consent

Data and Privacy

• AI Providers: We use services such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google Gemini to analyze email content and generate reports
• Twilio/WhatsApp: We use Twilio to deliver WhatsApp alerts and notifications to your phone

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. Radar AI is not responsible for the practices of these third-party providers.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Radar AI — including but not limited to the software, design, text, graphics, logos, and AI models — are owned by Radar AI and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our service without our prior written consent. Your email content remains your property; we claim no ownership over the data you provide.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Radar AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• AI-generated analysis and reports will be completely accurate or comprehensive
• All school communications will be detected and processed
• WhatsApp alerts will be delivered without delay

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Radar AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using Radar AI at any time by logging out and revoking access to your Google account. We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Radar AI after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
